Luckily, Bill’s Bar & Burger has an extensive menu with many choices to help you eat clean, with the occasional cheat day, of course.
If you are still looking for a burger but don’t want the red meat, Bill’s serves several patties to suit your palette. The Market Veggie Burger, with melted Swiss, lettuce, tomato and special sauce is a perfect choice if you need to add to your veggie intake for the day. If you want a more filling option, Bill’s special blend Turkey Burger, topped with sriracha slaw and served on a multi-grain bun is another health conscious, yet delectable choice. The Shrimp Burger, with avocado, Carolina Cole slaw, pickles and tartar sauce is great if you are craving a lighter option, but still want to get in your protein. You can choose to eat your burger on a gluten free bun, or ditch the bun all together and order extra lettuce and tomato on the side.
In addition to burgers, Bill’s offers an array of salads. If you’re eating at Bill’s Rockefeller Center or Downtown, try the Classic Chicken Cobb, with romaine, avocado, egg, bacon, blue cheese, tomato, and sherry vinaigrette. The Grilled Veggie Salad is a hearty choice; eggplant, zucchini, scallion, chickpeas, avocado, mozzarella and balsamic-lime dressing are blended together to make a healthful meal. For a more substantial plate, add a shrimp, turkey, veggie or beef burger, or crispy chicken or Mahi-Mahi for an additional price of $5.
